Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats
Another version of overnight oats. Makes a delicious breakfast, snack, or dessert and satisfies that chocolate craving in a healthy way.
  • 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 cup unsweetened plant milk (hemp, soy or almond milk)
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped or mashed
  • 1 Tbs raisins
  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Store in a Mason jar or similar container in the fridge overnight.
  3. Eat them cold, room temperature, or heated, however you prefer them.
Optional add-ins/toppings: Nut butter, seed butter, alternative dried fruits, cacao nibs, chopped nuts, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, hemp), shredded coconut, berries/cherries, shredded apples, chopped mangoes.
