Crunchy Balsamic Green Beans

A quick savory snack or a side-dish for any meal.
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. of fresh green beans
  • 1-2 oz. balsamic vinegar
  • freshly crushed black pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and cut the ends off of your green beans then put them in a pan on high heat.
  2. When you hear the green beans start to sizzle pour in the balsamic vinegar and crush some black pepper over the pan.
  3. Stir the green beans continuously so they are evenly coated with the balsamic and pepper mixture.
  4. Let the balsamic vinegar caramelize for a minute or two but not too long because after the balsamic has caramelized it can quickly burn if left on the heat for too long.
  5. Serve your hot crunchy green beans and Enjoy!
Notes
If you like your green beans more well done, then you can leave them in the pan a little bit longer before moving on to the step where you add the balsamic.
