Delicious spread for Romaine leaves and can be used as a dip for crudités!
Ingredients
3 cups sprouted or regular brown lentils, cooked
1 cup walnuts
2 cloves garlic
¼ red onion
1 tsp thyme
½ tsp rosemary
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in high powered blender (Vitamix) or food processor until desired consistency is achieved.
