Lentil Walnut Pate

Delicious spread for Romaine leaves and can be used as a dip for crudités!
  • 3 cups sprouted or regular brown lentils, cooked
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ red onion
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  1. Blend all ingredients in high powered blender (Vitamix) or food processor until desired consistency is achieved.
