Traditional Creamy Hummus

This is a creamy, traditional-flavored hummus perfect for sandwiches and salads.
Ingredients
  • 3 cups freshly cooked chickpeas (or 2 cans, drained and rinsed)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp salt-free mustard
  • 2 Tbsps nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup aquafaba (or more, to desired thickness)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together in high-speed blender.
