This is a creamy, traditional-flavored hummus perfect for sandwiches and salads.
Ingredients
3 cups freshly cooked chickpeas (or 2 cans, drained and rinsed)
2 cloves garlic
Juice from ½ lemon
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp salt-free mustard
2 Tbsps nutritional yeast
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1 cup aquafaba (or more, to desired thickness)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in high-speed blender.
