There are lots of mock "tuna" recipes out there, but I decided to create one myself using chickpeas and California Balsamic Dill Mustard Balsamic Vinegar. This goes great with air-fried sweet potato toast, salad, sandwiches, and whatever else suits your fancy.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chickpeas
ΒΌ tsp dulse granules
1 tsp celery flakes
2 Tbsps mustard
Dash of California Balsamic Dill Mustard Balsamic Vinegar
3 scallions, chopped
Instructions
Mash chickpeas in mixing bowl and stir in dulse granules, celery flakes, mustard, vinegar, and scallions.
Adjust ingredients to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
