A close friend kept telling me about how much she was enjoying hers since she gave it an upgrade, and after turning 60 this spring, I decided to look into it as an alternative to high impact exercises to be a bit gentler on my joints. I upgraded mine with a new mat and bungee cords, found Michelle Briehler’s Youtube channel, and fell in love! Now I’m using my trampoline almost daily. I’ve invited Michelle to talk with us about the benefits of using the trampoline to get a great workout, and to share some tips about how to get started with a fitness routine.
