Crunchy Balsamic Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 lb. of fresh green beans
- 1-2 oz. balsamic vinegar
- freshly crushed black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse and cut the ends off of your green beans then put them in a pan on high heat.
- When you hear the green beans start to sizzle pour in the balsamic vinegar and crush some black pepper over the pan.
- Stir the green beans continuously so they are evenly coated with the balsamic and pepper mixture.
- Let the balsamic vinegar caramelize for a minute or two but not too long because after the balsamic has caramelized it can quickly burn if left on the heat for too long.
- Serve your hot crunchy green beans and Enjoy!
Notes
If you like your green beans more well done, then you can leave them in the pan a little bit longer before moving on to the step where you add the balsamic.
