Ingredients
- 3 cups freshly cooked chickpeas (or 2 cans, drained and rinsed)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup orange sweet potato flesh
- Juice from ½ lemon
- Splash of apple cider vinegar
- 1¼ tsp curry powder
- ½ to 1 cup water or aquafaba, adjusted for desired consistency
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in high-speed blender or food processor.
