We love Indian food; this is a flavorful variation on traditional hummus that is very popular in our house.

Ingredients
- 3 cups chickpeas (or 2 cans, drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup water or aquafaba (if making in food processor, add only ¼ cup)
- 2 Tbs sesame seeds or 1 Tbs tahini
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garam masala
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender, like the Vitamix. Alternatively, use a food processor and substitute tahini for sesame seeds.
