Chocobanana Oat Pudding

This recipe is super-easy to make, and is great as a dessert or as a snack, served hot or cold!

Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbs cocoa powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbs raisins
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsweetened plant milk (hemp, soy, or almond milk)
- 1 banana, peeled and chopped or mashed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and store in a Mason jar or similar container in the fridge overnight.
- Serve cold, room temperature, or heated, however you prefer.
Notes
Optional add-ins/toppings: Nut butter, seed butter, alternative dried fruits, cacao nibs, chopped nuts, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, hemp), shredded coconut, berries/cherries, shredded apples, chopped mangoes.
