Ingredients
- 3 cups sprouted or regular brown lentils, cooked
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ red onion
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ tsp rosemary
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in high powered blender (Vitamix) or food processor until desired consistency is achieved.
