No-Tuna Salad

There are lots of mock "tuna" recipes out there, but I decided to create one myself using chickpeas and California Balsamic Dill Mustard Balsamic Vinegar. This goes great with air-fried sweet potato toast, salad, sandwiches, and whatever else suits your fancy.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- ¼ tsp dulse granules
- 1 tsp celery flakes
- 2 Tbsps mustard
- Dash of California Balsamic Dill Mustard Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 scallions, chopped
Instructions
- Mash chickpeas in mixing bowl and stir in dulse granules, celery flakes, mustard, vinegar, and scallions.
- Adjust ingredients to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
